No. Bring the material you have, even if it is scattered across notes, documents, photographs and an old website. We can organize, create and adapt the content. An interview helps when information is missing.

A focused interview of less than about an hour can often provide enough starting context for an existing business. An idea with very little prepared material may take around three hours of focused involvement to establish an initial prototype direction. These are estimates, not universal deadlines.

After content and answers are handed over, Lake is under five business days, Sea under ten business days and Ocean around 21 days. The first payment is required before production. See the process.

Sea and Ocean include English and Spanish. Lake includes one language. The roughly 50-, 100- and 200-page figures describe overall scale over time, not hard caps or initial-launch entitlements.

Lake starts at $99/month USD with a 12-month minimum. Sea is $249 and Ocean $449 per month, both with a six-month minimum. Billing is monthly by card through Stripe and starts on day one. The first payment is required before production and becomes non-refundable once work starts. Amounts already billed are not refunded after approval.

After the minimum, the subscription renews month to month until canceled. If you leave early, the unpaid part of the minimum commitment remains due.

Your domain and original materials remain yours. The assembled website files transfer when the minimum commitment has been fully paid; until then, we may decline to transfer them. Your domain and originals are not held as leverage. Preserve your original source files, because the service is not indefinite document archiving. Read the ownership detail.

Routine changes to text, images, contact details, links, calls to action, hours, team information and service descriptions are unlimited under fair use. There is no fixed monthly count or simultaneous-request limit. We sequence a managed queue, without a guaranteed post-launch turnaround. Major redesigns, migrations, applications, complex integrations and major structural changes are outside that scope.

Yes, within the normal website workflow. We can write or adapt content using your information and work with your photography, brand assets, appropriate free stock, edited images or AI-assisted imagery. Commissioned photography, unlimited hand-drawn illustration, custom video and animation are not part of the base plans.

One Google Workspace seat is included in every plan. Portus offers consolidated reseller billing; additional seats are Google’s applicable list cost plus 20%, with a normal fit ceiling around 20 seats. You may instead manage Workspace directly with Google. See the service detail.

Yes, and in Sea and Ocean. We work on the technical structure, useful content, internal connections, monitoring and improvements. SEO concerns search visibility; AEO helps make information understandable to answer engines, including AI systems. Neither guarantees rankings, citations, leads or revenue.

We design and maintain controlled pages for 90+ Google PageSpeed Insights Performance on mobile and desktop under agreed measurement conditions. We remediate problems in our controlled code/assets. External services, outages, embeds, externally hosted assets and client-added code outside our control are excluded. Google Tag Manager is not automatically excluded when we control its implementation and tags.

Those are outside the standard informational website offer. Lightweight connections such as forms, booking links or email routing can be separately scoped where they are not already included. We focus on solo professionals and small teams, mainly 1–10 people and up to around 20.

The initial version is approved in writing or automatically after 30 days without substantive feedback following delivery of a review-ready website. We notify you, attempt appropriate follow-up and give a warning around seven days before automatic approval. Substantive feedback pauses or resets the clock until the revision is available.
