SEO makes your site understandable and useful for search engines and visitors. AEO applies that clarity to answer engines, including AI systems. This is ongoing work included in the service, not a separate add-on.
The 50, 100 and 200-page figures describe scale over time, not hard caps or promised launch quantities. Choose the smallest plan that fits. Sea and Ocean include English and Spanish without a separate language surcharge.
You can request changes to text, images, contact details, links, calls to action, hours, team information and service descriptions whenever needed. There is no fixed monthly edit count or limit on the number of requests you can send together.
Fair use means we can combine, sequence and prioritize work through a managed queue. There is no fixed post-launch turnaround SLA. Higher tiers can receive greater operational priority without a promised response time.
Major redesigns, migrations, custom applications, complex integrations and substantial changes to the site’s architecture are outside routine edits. Read the maintenance scope.
Our Performance standard is 90+ in Google PageSpeed Insights on mobile and desktop for pages we build and control, under agreed measurement conditions. We remediate problems caused by our controlled code, assets or implementation. Degradation caused by external services, outages, embeds, externally hosted assets or client-added scripts outside our control is excluded. Google Tag Manager is not automatically excluded when we control its implementation and tag load. This is not a guarantee of search rankings, leads or revenue.
Billing starts on day one, monthly by card through Stripe. The first payment is required before production begins and becomes non-refundable once that work has started. After approval, amounts already billed are not refundable.
Lake has a 12-month minimum commitment. Sea and Ocean each have a six-month minimum. After the relevant minimum, the subscription renews month to month until canceled. If you end the relationship before fulfilling the minimum, the unpaid balance of that commitment remains due.
Lake. The first working website is ready in under five business days from the handoff of content and answers.
Sea. The first working website is ready in under ten business days from the handoff of content and answers.
Ocean. The first working website takes around 21 days from the handoff of content and answers.
Your original materials remain yours. Documents, photographs, logos, research, data and other inputs do not become Portus property. Keep your own copies: the website service is not indefinite document storage or archival backup. We may keep materials while reasonably needed for the service and remove them when they are no longer needed.
Your domain belongs to you. We can register or manage it for you without taking ownership. Its transfer is independent of the website files; your domain and original materials are not held as leverage.
The assembled website files transfer once your minimum commitment is fully paid. These include the website code, layouts, structure, adapted or generated content, website assets and configuration. Until that commitment is satisfied, we may decline to transfer that assembled deliverable.
We notify you when the working website is ready to review. You can approve it in writing. If 30 days pass without substantive feedback after delivery of the review-ready version, the initial website is automatically approved. We attempt follow-up by email or a call where appropriate and give a final warning approximately seven days before that point.
Substantive feedback pauses or resets the review clock until the requested revision is available. Responding near the deadline does not mean your requested changes are skipped.
